A Message To Teens

Dear Teens!

Do y’all still read blogs anymore? If you do, sweet! This is the page for you. If not, then you wouldn’t be here now would ya? Thanks for joining in and reading on our personal thoughts and experiences, and allowing our expertise to guide you on your journey through adolescent years.

We know that these teenage years can be full of hardships that can stem from issues like: relational, educational, professional, societal, and all of the other -als. Be patient and bare with us and we will do our best to provide some insight and perspective to make sense of this confusing world.

We also encourage you to be interactive with our posts so we can get some feedback on what you want us to talk about or what would be of interest to you! If we can recall correctly here, as teenagers once upon a time– probably in the Jurassic era, we were told to keep our thoughts to ourselves and that adults know best. We are here to challenge that traditionalist idea. We want to invite you to share your honesty and your experiences. After all, where else can you share your thoughts?

We recognize it’s important to tell your own story of life and write about the changes you want to create for yourself. We hope our Teen Stress & Wellness site, with the guidance of our blog posts, resources, worksheets and DBT Workbook,  will help you to:
